Natalie Brown is the co-owner and winemaker of Willow Creek Wine Co., a boutique estate in (go figure) the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles. She and her husband Brian Brown purchased their property in 2016 with the goal of farming their own site and bringing several small wine projects together under one roof. Their talents are focused on old-vine Chenin Blanc, Rhône-inspired blends, and estate-grown Syrah, produced with a philosophy of hands-on vineyard work and relatively minimal intervention in the cellar so the wines reflect site and fruit character.

Her passion project is an all-Chenin Blanc label called Rococo. The idea for this brand began when she encountered a tiny block of own-rooted Chenin planted in 1974 near Los Alamos, inspiring her to build a program around historic vineyard sites that had largely been overlooked. The Rococo lineup is pure and direct, absolutely food friendly, and (given its Loire inspiration) improves with a little cellar age.
