Uncommon Earth is a small-production wine label created by winemaker Tomas Sinor, the next generation of the respected Sinor-LaVallee winemaking family on California’s Central Coast. Building on the legacy established by his parents, Mike Sinor and Cheri LaVallee, Tomas launched Uncommon Earth as a project focused on distinctive, lesser-known grape varieties and low-intervention winemaking techniques.

While honoring the craftsmanship and innovation long associated with the Sinor family name, Uncommon Earth represents a younger, boundary-pushing vision of Central Coast winemaking—combining natural wine influences, sustainable farming practices, and a deep appreciation for unconventional grapes and authentic expression.
