Wacko, Daddi-O, this one is made of 47% Grenache Blanc, 35% Muscat Canelli, and 18% Chenin Blanc. What would mave inspired Mike Sinor to come up with this sort of blend? Maybe he found some fruit bins on the side of the road and didn't want them to go to waste? Maybe his son Tomas goaded him into making something that wasn’t world class Pinot Noir or Chardonnay?

This stuff is great, getting breadth and structure from the Grenache Blanc, bright, citrusy fruitiness from the Muscat Canelli, and the Chenin Blanc adds a musky depth to the whole thing. Bone dry, refreshing and hydrating, maybe the most requested wine at our tasting bar over the past few months.
