Lifted and vibrant, not heavy, all juicy raspberry, black cherry and plum backed by wild herbs, cracked pepper, dried flowers and a savory earthiness. Medium-bodied with silky tannins and bright acidity, verging on natty but in a good way.
Each lot is fermented separately to highlight the specific site and varietal characters before being blended. The Grenache features a mix of fully destemmed and semi-whole cluster fruit. The Mourvèdre is fermented entirely whole cluster utilizing a semi-carbonic style, resulting in a delightfully crisp and chillable wine.
