2023 Union Sacré “40 Days” Orange Wine, Central Coast CA

"It's sheer madness" you might say, but damn, it's also really good! 40% Gewurztraminer, 30% Pinot Blanc, 20% Pinot Gris, and 10% Sylvaner. It's orange. It's got a pleasurable intensity. Try with fried chicken, a shrimp pizza, or a bowl of popcorn.
