Château Caroline was founded by Thierry Thaure and Carol McCloskey-Thaure, later joined by friends Marga and Cris Wedekind. What began as a passion project has grown into a boutique winery crafting artisanal blends from estate fruit in Mount Hamilton and trusted Central Coast vineyards—rooted in tradition, place, and connection.
