Tucked into the southern corridor of the Sta. Rita Hills, along the Santa Ynez River and just ten miles from the Pacific Ocean, Fiddlestix Vineyard has been rooted in this dramatic landscape since 1998. Once farmland dating back to the early 1900s it is now planted to Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gruner Veltliner, Riesling, and Syrah. Longtime friends and now Fiddlestix owners, winemaker Justin Willett and viticulturist Erik Mallea focus on organic farming, natural fermentations, and a low-intervention approach in the cellar. Together, they aim to highlight the power and beauty Fiddlestix offers. Producing precise, site-driven wines shaped by marine soils, coastal winds, and a long growing season that defines the Sta. Rita Hills.
