• 60% Semillon & 40% Sauvignon Blanc

This white wine blend has subtle yet beautiful aromatics of fresh cut white flowers, under ripe peach, meyer lemon zest, and key lime. On the palate the acidity and low pH gives you a sense of minerality as well . The Semillon adds complexity with bees wax, pear, honeysuckle and green papaya on the moderately long and vibrant finish.
