2018 Cal Poly Syrah, Central Coast CA

Cal Poly Wines are produced to support the Dept. of Viticulture and Enology. This Syrah has notes of chocolate and truffle on the nose, but upon swirling the glass, aromas shift to dried prunes, savory allspice and black pepper. 13.9% ABV.
