A mix of bright green apple and sea salt intermingle with dry grass, gooseberry, and candied banana in an understated medley along with cocktail notes like lemon drop and an herbal vermouth bite. The wine hits softly on the entry with understated acid and notes of green bananas and fresh kiwi before acid develops along with bright pineapple notes, orange zest, and lime juice. Less tropical and more elegant, the wine finishes with refreshing yet flavorful mango.
