Ventana’s cool weather vines produce fruit which creates a wine with a slightly grassy and citrus nose. This Sauvignon Blanc displays wonderful flavors of white peach, grapefruit and a touch of honeydew. The wine is completely dry with rich rounded texture and a flinty crispness. It is made in the classic French style. Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect food wine, it pairs very well with many foods especially seafood. One of our favorites is Halibut with lemon beurre blanc. |
