Shipping/Delivery

All orders are shipped via FedEx.

 

Weather Note:  Please consider freezing temperatures in your area before shipping wine.  Wine is a perishable product and can freeze.  Please note that Central Coast Wines will not refund or replace wines that are frozen during shipment.  We are happy to hold your order in our climate-controlled cellar until weather conditions improve.

Central Coast Wines is licensed to ship alcohol to certain states within the US only. Alcohol may not be shipped outside the USWe cannot ship to the states of Illinois, Iowa, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Pennsylvania or Utah..

Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order, and is calculated at the checkout screen for your review before submitting your order. Central Coast Wines does not charge any handling fees and FedEx costs are not marked up - you pay exactly what we are quoted by FedEx.

 

REFUNDS

 

No Refunds will be given for wine which is destroyed/ruined by weather conditions. Please consider temperatures in your geographical location before placing your order.  We are happy to store your wine orders for later shipment when weather conditions permit.

We are happy to refund or replace wines that are corked or have broken during transit.

 


Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned as “undeliverable”, we will contact you via phone or e-mail for alternate shipping instructions. If a package is sent to the correct address and was subsequently returned through no fault of Central Coast Wines, the shipper will be charged for re-shipping the package. If a package is returned due to an error on our behalf, CCW will pay for the re-shipment.


Canceling or Changing an Order

Once an order has been submitted, you must contact CCW to cancel or change the order. We are unable to cancel or change an order that has already been processed for shipment. Follow the link to learn more about our Return Policies.
