We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact Central Coast Wines at 805-784-9463 within 30 days of receipt for full replacement or refunding of the damaged item(s). We will replace any item(s) with the same item(s) if it arrives damaged.
Refunds will not be issued to gift recipients. A gift recipient may exchange damaged/unwanted item(s) for credit towards other CCW merchandise only.
If you need to return an item to us, please contact us for shipping instructions prior to returning the item(s).
Refunds will be made for the full purchase price of the item(s) as well as shipping costs. All eligible refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
If a shipment is returned as “undeliverable”, we will contact you via phone or e-mail for alternate shipping instructions. If the package was sent to the correct address and was returned to us through no fault of Central Coast Wines, the shipper will be charged for re-shipping the package. If the package was returned due to an error on our part, CCW will pay for the re-shipment.
Canceling or Changing an Order
Once an order has been submitted, you must contact CCW to cancel or change the order. We are unable to cancel or change an order that has already been processed for shipment.
